The staff was attentive and quick to help.

The bedsheets were stained, and it felt grimy in the room. Despite my requests, the hot water service took too long and disrupted my schedule, which left me frustrated throughout my stay.

Comfortable rooms with soft pillows and matteresses (which come much appreciated after the usual rock-hard variety in most budget Indian accommodation), constant supply of hot water, big rain-shower with good water pressure, and free wi-fi, plus 2 PCs downstairs for internet access.

The rooms are not very soundproof, noise from the corridor and stairs may be an issue if you are a light sleeper or don't have ear plugs.

Superbly friendly and accommodating staff, everything clean.

Variety of excellent options for meal. Neat, well-kept units provided with fridge and kettle. Handy location in the nice area, near great restaurants, the subway & metro station, a great shopping street and the malls.

The professionalism of the staff amazed me. They promptly provided a fridge for my insulin, demonstrating their keen understanding of guest needs. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and the central AC kept everything cool. Hot water 24/7 and polite service.

the travel agent downstairs was far from engaging to serve and respond to enquiries. He gave different price quotations for the same trip on the same day. The guide also didnt keep the promise if showing any shops and were rather rush to finish major sites, say spending only 45 minutes in agra fort and taj mahal respectively. Shop around for tour service instead of going for the one inside the hotel. The shower water is not hot enough. The surrounding is not that appealing.

The hotel has attentive staff who quickly resolved issues like Wi-Fi and provided extra blankets. Hot showers and a vibrant neighborhood contributed to a satisfying experience.

1- The staff were friendly especially at the restaurant. 2- The breakfast was good (please make eggs everyday especially boiled). 3- The room in general was comfortable& clean. 4- Housekeeping were friendly& helped us with our needs.

1- The travel agency at hotel was very expensive. 2- There are not enough electricity sockets in the room (quadruple room). There were only 4 (2 for each TV & 2 for each bed lamp) but no socket for the kettle & no extra socket for personal use. 3- Room light was very dim (more light is needed). 4- All light switches were beside master bed & nothing beside second bed. 5- Most of the light was turned on or off with one switch (no flexibility to turn on or off a part of the room & leave the other part). 6- The locker was very small. 7- There was no hot water in the tap at most of the time. 8- There was no place for toilet paper in the bathroom & therefore toilet paper got very wet.

Area around hotel is not very clean, although safe and very close to New Delhi Railway Station.

The room was spacious! Clean linens, and really comfy beds for a good night's sleep. Spent my mornings on the terrace, enjoying the city view while sipping on some tea. Didn't expect the staff to be so attentive. They really went out of their way to help me with travel arrangements.

Not exactly cheap, but for what you get, it's still a reasonable choice.

good location within walking distance of the ancient shiva temple. quite close to the airport, 25 km, perfect for an early flight.

Fairly clean hotel with very helpful staff and outstanding food. Nicely decorated and new-fashioned rooms with excellent beds, kettle and clean bathroom, no complaints. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Stunning, particularly good location to most places of interest. Excellent stay, as always.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Beautiful Double or Twin Room. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were nice. Breakfast was good, and the location is easy to find for cab drivers. I had a decent experience 😊

the hotel outside is like old indian road and the streets all is hotel and goverment approve!!and the hotel is so clean and clean.

the hotel food is always is same try to go near by hotel ajanta to have dinner and the food is not bad.and i booking this hotel is usd420 i dont know why there charge me usd480??sad.....
